Popping in to say that the first half of 2024 has been extremely busy, a whirlwind of my own making. I ended 2023 feeling rather bummed that I had not performed as much as I would have liked and set out to change that in 2024. Here are highlights of some of my recent performances:
March 2024 – “Panacea”
I opened the year by challenging myself to perform an act to classical music. While I didn’t feel quite my flashy self on stage, it was an excellent stylistic exercise.
April 2024 – “Big Bad Wolf”
Back to my usual shenanigans in April with a remix of last year’s “Big Bad Wolf” single-point trapeze act. This time my goal was simplify the pulls of the act.
May 2024 – “The Caterpillar”
Last month I was excited to be a part of Sora Aerial Arts’ production of Alice in Wonderland. I got some incredible photos; pop over to the “Other Work” section on this website to see more.
Next month I’ll be at the Alberta Circus Arts Festival, performing both single-point trapeze and sling!
